Cinc treballadores juvenils catalanes van participar a la Formació Internacional “Get Out”, que va tenir lloc a Szeged, Hongria, entre el 30 de maig i el 6 de juny de 2023, organitzada per l’associació Eurotender. El projecte tenia com a objectiu millorar els coneixements dels treballadors juvenils sobre l’educació a l’aire lliure i els seus avantatges, donant a conèixer els seus aspectes clau. Durant la formació, les participants van conèixer la metodologia de l’educació a l’aire lliure, i van descobrir noves eines i activitats per aplicar a la seva feina amb joves. Les Formacions Internacionals estan finançades al 100% pel programa Erasmus+ i ofereixen oportunitats a les treballadores juvenils d’aprendre mètodes d’educació no formal.

Five Catalan youth workers participated in the Training Course “Get Out”, which took place in Szeged, Hungary between 30 May- 6 June 2023, organized by Eurotender Association. The project aimed to enhance youth workers’ knowledge of outdoor education and its advantages by raising awareness of its key elements. During the training, the participants learned about the outdoor education methodology, and discovered new tools and activities to apply in their jobs with youngsters. Training courses are 100% financed by the Erasmus+ program and give opportunities for youth workers to learn non-formal education methods.
