El passat 27 de març vam assistir a l’esdeveniment final a Lisboa del projecte “ALMA: Experimenta no exterior. Muda o teu interior” en el que hem participat com a socis d’acollida d’un grup de 12 joves portuguesos de Lisboa. Aquestes joves van viure una experiència de pràctiques professionals subvencionades a Terrassa durant els mesos de juny fins a l’agost de 2024.

El programa ALMA és un projecte implementat per l’entitat TESE – Associação para o Desenvolvimento i co-finançat per la Comissió Europea, ESF+SI+Initiative i IEFP Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (Institut per l’ocupació professional i formació). Han sigut també entitats col·laboradores YUPI – Youth Union of Poeple With Initiative (Portugal), Q-PRINTS&SERVICE (Alemanya) i La Víbria Intercultural.

En aquest esdeveniment, es van presentar els resultats finals del projecte, una ocasió per escoltar les experiències de primera mà per part de les participants però també per part de les persones involucrades i també per descobrir l’impacte del projecte.

On March 27th, we attended the final event in Lisbon of the project ‘ALMA: Experiment in the Outside, Change Your Inside,’ in which we participated as host partners for a group of 12 young people from Lisbon, Portugal. These young people had an experience of subsidized professional internships in Terrassa from June to August 2024.

The ALMA program is a project implemented by the organization TESE – Associação para o Desenvolvimento and co-financed by the European Commission, ESF+SI+Initiative, and IEFP Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (Institute for Professional Employment and Training). Collaborative entities also included YUPI – Youth Union of People With Initiative (Portugal), Q-PRINTS&SERVICE (Germany), and La Víbria Intercultural.

At this event, the final results of the project were presented, providing an opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from the participants as well as from those involved, and to discover the impact of the project.
