El passat mes d’abril vam tenir l’oportunitat de participar en el seminari “New Erasmus – New Opportunities” organitzat per l’entitat europea EA World Our Home a Rēzekne, una petita ciutat de Letònia.

Del 20 al 26 d’abril vam reunir-nos quasi 30 participants de 11 entitats diferents la majoria treballadors juvenils de les pròpies associacions sense ànim de lucre que treballen en projectes europeus. L’objectiu principal del seminari era crear noves sinergies, llaços i enfortir les relacions ja establertes entre els diferents socis europeus per pensar també en futurs projectes en comú, repassar també el programa Erasmus+ i les seves possibilitats així com intercanviar bones pràctiques entre diferents realitats europees.

Així doncs participants vinguts de Turquia, Itàlia, Macedonia, Grecia, Lituania, Alemanya, Bulgaria, Malta, Croàcia, Espanya i Letònia vam compartir 4 dies d’activitats molt diverses: en un primer moment per conèixer-nos entre nosaltres, també per conèixer la realitat de l’entitat d’acollida de Letònia, els països dels que venim i les nostres cultures diferents, però també per parlar de la realitat juvenil a Europa, l’inclusió, la salut mental i la cura del medi ambient en els projectes europeus.

Una experiència molt enriquidora per seguir sumant forces entre entitats a nivell europeu i per continuar aprenent.

In April we had the opportunity to participate in the “New Erasmus – New Opportunities” seminar organized by the European entity EA World Our Home in Rēzekne, a small town in Latvia.

From April 20 to 26, we gathered almost 30 participants from 11 different entities, most of them youth workers from the non-profit associations that work on European projects. The main objective of the seminar was to create new synergies, ties and strengthen the relationships already established between the different European partners to also think about future joint projects, review the Erasmus+ program and its possibilities as well as exchange good practices between different European realities .

So participants from Turkey, Italy, North Macedonia, Greece, Lithuania, Germany, Bulgaria, Malta, Croatia, Spain and Latvia shared 4 days of very diverse activities: at first to get to know each other, also to get to know the reality of the host association in Latvia, the countries we come from and our different cultures, but also to talk about the youth reality in Europe, inclusion, mental health and environmental care in the European projects.

A very enriching experience to continue joining forces between entities at European level and to continue learning.
