Hello,

The months pass too quickly here and to think that we are already in May makes me a little sad because
there are only a few months left.
In these months I’ve had the opportunity to visit new places in Catalonia, I’ve improved my English a bit, I’m
improving my Spanish (I haven’t tried Catalan yet :/), I’ve put myself to the test facing new challenges
thanks to which I discovered that I have a lot of patience and I discovered that I am very good at composing
flowers!
I like living in Catalonia because, in addition to the beautiful places there are, the people here are very
open, always happy and ready to help you. They don’t waste the moment recommending places to see or
things to do in the surrounding area. Also, I’m literally in love with all the traditions I’ve seen so far like “the
Jazz festival”, “Sant Jordi” or the “Fira Modernista”, so people here don’t waste time to have fun and
celebrate life. And I start to enjoy it when after a trip outside Terassa I come home and feel it like this! 
Fortunately, I share this experience with the other volunteers that I am getting to know more and more
“poc a poc”. I like to discover their culture and their traditions and I like to find things in common with my
culture, even if sometimes there are no common points.
I like working at Fupar more and more, day after day. Every day is different and you never know what to
expect. I have become very fond of them and feeling their affection fills my heart with joy. It’s really nice to
work with disabled people because, thanks to them, you really realize how many beautiful things life has
reserved for us and how many possibilities we have. Fupar is a reality that I admire and respect very much,

it is incredible for me to think about what they have built, I think it is proof of how beautiful humanity can
be!

Hola,

los meses pasan demasiado rápido aquí y pensar que ya estamos en mayo me pone un poco triste porque
solo quedan unos meses.
En estos meses he tenido la oportunidad de visitar nuevos lugares de Cataluña, he mejorado un poco mi inglés,
Estoy mejorando mi español (todavía no he probado el catalán :/), me he puesto a prueba
afrontando nuevos retos gracias a los cuales descubrí que tengo mucha paciencia y descubrí que soy mucho
buena arreglando flores!
Me gusta vivir en Cataluña porque, además de los lugares bonitos que hay, la gente aquí es muy abierta,
siempre feliz y dispuesto a ayudarte. No pierden el tiempo recomendando lugares para ver o cosas para hacer en el
alrededores. Además, estoy literalmente enamorada de todas las tradiciones que he visto hasta ahora como “el festival
Jazz”, “Sant Jordi” o la “Fira Modernista”, en definitiva, aquí la gente no pierde el tiempo para divertirse y
celebra la vida. ¡Y empiezo a disfrutarlo cuando después de un viaje fuera de Terassa llego a casa y lo siento así!

Afortunadamente comparto esta experiencia con los demás voluntarios que siempre voy conociendo “poc a poc”.
además. Me gusta descubrir su cultura y sus tradiciones y me gusta encontrar cosas en común con mis di
cultura, aunque a veces no haya puntos en común.
Cada vez me gusta más trabajar en Fupar, día tras día. Cada día es diferente y nunca se sabe qué
espera por ti. Me he encariñado mucho con ellos y sentir su cariño me llena el corazón de alegría. En realidad
agradable trabajar con personas discapacitadas porque, gracias a ellos, realmente te das cuenta de cuántas cosas hermosas hay
la vida nos tiene reservado y cuantas posibilidades tenemos. Fupar es una realidad que admiro y respeto mucho, es
increíble para mí pensar en lo que han construido, creo que es una prueba de lo hermoso que puede ser
¡humanidad!
